Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
ToonShala (“we”, “us”) sells digital content — ad-free subscription plans and one-time unlocks of premium episodes. Because these are delivered instantly and consumed online, this policy explains when payments can be cancelled or refunded, in plain language.
1. Nature of our products
All purchases on ToonShala are for digital goods and services:
- Premium unlocks: one-time payment to unlock a specific premium toon or episode.
- Subscriptions: a recurring or time-bound plan that removes ads and/or unlocks premium content for its duration.
2. Refunds
Once digital content has been delivered or access has been granted, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we will review and refund in these cases:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Failed delivery: the payment succeeded but access to the content or plan was never granted.
- Unauthorised or erroneous charge: a charge you did not make or clearly did not intend.
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank/processing timelines may add a few extra days.
3. Cancellation
- You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; the plan simply does not renew.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a cancelled subscription period, except where required by law.
- One-time premium unlocks cannot be cancelled once the content has been unlocked.
4. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email toonshala.com@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with:
- your registered email / account name,
- the transaction ID or payment reference, and
- a short note describing the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve eligible requests promptly.
